Ryan was raised in Grenada, Mississippi, and graduated from Kirk Academy. Ryan is married to Shana Evans, and they have three children: Rowan, Maclane, and Marigold.
Ryan received a football scholarship from Northwest Mississippi Community College and
then Kentucky Wesleyan College, where he graduated with a bachelors in political science.
He received his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law, and has been practicing since 2016. Ryan began practicing in DeSoto County, Mississippi, where he currently resides.​
During that time, he also prosecuted for the Olive Branch, Horn Lake, and Southaven Municipal
Courts.​
Ryan manages the newly opened Daly Kirk office in Winona, Mississippi, which opened on January 1, 2025. His areas of practice are Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning, Family Law, Collections, Minor Settlements, Personal Injury, Tort Claims, as well as a General Civil and some Criminal Defense practice.
